Academic Joint Replacement Surgeon
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified (or eligible) academic joint replacement surgeon. This full-time position offers tremendous opportunity for rapid clinical practice growth, clinical and translational research, and participation in our resident and fellow education programs. The appointment will be at the Assistant or Associate Professor level commensurate with the qualifications of the applicant. The ideal candidate will have fellowship training and expertise in all aspects of hip and knee joint replacement surgery. Outstanding clinical skills, interest in teaching, and research experience are requirements. The successful candidate will play a major role in the development of our expanding clinical practice and will be fully integrated into the academic activities of the department and adult reconstruction division.
